Keep your website maintained and get help with the changes your business needs. Redevon IT handles routine website upkeep and works alongside marketing teams to implement website tasks, from content updates to planned improvements.

Choose website support on its own, or include server and hosting infrastructure management in the same agreement.

  2. Marketing website tasks
  3. Optional server management

Two ways we help

Keep the website running and the work moving

Some teams need reliable upkeep. Others need someone to work through an ongoing list of website changes. We can scope either arrangement or combine them around your website and workload.

01 / Routine care

Routine website care

Keep your existing website maintained as its software and requirements change. Agree the updates, backups, checks and fault investigation needed for the site you run.

  1. Updates to supported website components and dependencies.
  2. Routine backups, with frequency and retention agreed for your setup.
  3. Checks on important website functions and investigation of reported faults.
  4. A clear route for maintenance requests and follow-up work.
02 / Marketing teams

Website support for marketing teams

Give your marketing team a technical partner for the website work behind their plans. Share the changes you need, agree priorities and have the work implemented and checked within the agreed scope.

  1. Publish supplied content and update existing pages.
  2. Build or adjust pages using agreed designs and existing website components.
  3. Implement website changes needed for campaigns and launches.
  4. Work through an agreed list of improvements and technical fixes.

Design, copywriting, campaign strategy and ongoing SEO are separate from implementing website changes unless explicitly included in your proposal.

  • Next.js
  • React
  • WordPress

We maintain WordPress websites and websites built with Next.js or React, subject to a review of the existing setup. Server responsibilities are scoped separately when required.

Include server management when you need it

You can keep your existing hosting provider and use Redevon for website support. If you also want us to manage the server environment, we can include that work after reviewing the setup.

The infrastructure scope can cover server maintenance, monitoring, backups and deployment support. We agree which systems we manage, who receives alerts, who responds to issues and where your hosting provider remains responsible.

Hosting and cloud usage charges are identified separately from the management work. Including server management does not automatically mean round-the-clock human support.

What's included

What ongoing website support can cover

Your agreement defines the work included. Routine maintenance and marketing requests can sit in one plan, with priorities and available capacity agreed in advance.

Website updates

Review supported website software and dependencies, plan the required updates and check the affected parts of the site after changes.

Website checks and fixes

Check agreed website functions and investigate reported faults. Explain the issue, its impact and the work needed to resolve it.

Forms and website connections

Investigate website forms and connections to services such as a CRM or booking tool. Work is limited to the website-side responsibilities and supported integrations agreed for the engagement.

Backups and recovery arrangements

Agree what is backed up, how often, how long copies are retained and who handles recovery. Include restore checks where they are part of the agreed service.

Planned improvements

Keep a prioritised list of website enhancements. Agree estimates and review points for larger changes rather than treating every request as routine maintenance.

Content and page changes

Implement supplied content, image and page updates. Build or adjust agreed page layouts using the designs and components available for the project.

Working together

A clear process for your team's website requests

  1. Share the work

Send the website changes, supplied content and any relevant deadline through the agreed request channel.

  2. Agree priorities and scope

Review what is involved, identify dependencies and agree the order of work. Any request beyond the included capacity is discussed before it is started.

  3. Implement and check

Make the agreed changes, check the affected pages and functions, and arrange review where needed before release.

  4. Review what is next

Keep track of completed work, outstanding requests and upcoming website needs so maintenance and marketing activity can be planned together.

How it works

Taking over a website built by another supplier

Start with a review of the website, its access arrangements and any known problems. We establish what can be maintained, what needs attention first and which responsibilities you want us to take on.

( 01 )

Review the website

check the technology, hosting setup, access, backups, connected services and known issues.

( 02 )

Agree the responsibilities

define website work, optional server management, request handling and support coverage.

( 03 )

Address initial issues

identify any stabilisation or handover work and agree it separately before ongoing support begins.

( 04 )

Start ongoing support

work through routine upkeep and the agreed website requests, reviewing priorities as needs change.

To start

To get started, share your website URL, who maintains it today, where it is hosted and the work you need help with. Do not send passwords through the enquiry form.

A support agreement built around your website

What determines the scope

The proposal reflects your website's condition, routine maintenance needs, expected change workload and whether server management is included.

It sets out the fee and billing frequency, included work and available capacity. Any initial review or stabilisation work is identified separately. Additional work is agreed before it is billed.

What is separate

Hosting and cloud usage, paid plugins, software licences and other third-party charges are identified as included or additional in the proposal. Larger development projects, new designs, copywriting and campaign services are separately scoped unless expressly included.

When support is available

Support is provided during agreed business hours. Critical issue handling and any response outside those hours depend on the contract. Automated monitoring can raise an alert without a person being available to respond immediately.

A response target describes when an issue will be acknowledged or assessed. Resolution time depends on the fault and the work required.
