For digital agencies

White label development and maintenance for agencies

Your agency has the client relationship and the brief. Redevon IT helps with the development, integrations and ongoing maintenance needed to deliver the work under your brand.

Bring us a new build, an existing platform or work your team needs help delivering. We review the requirements and agree the scope, communication and handover before work begins.

Working with agencies serving clients in the UK, Ireland and beyond.

Keep delivery moving when your team needs support

  1. A project needs another skill set

Your team has the design and client brief, but needs help with application development, a complex integration or an unfamiliar codebase.

  2. An existing platform needs an owner

A client needs updates, fixes and planned improvements after launch. You want a technical partner to help organise and deliver that work.

  3. Your delivery team needs more capacity

Several projects need attention at once. Start with a defined piece of work so we can assess the requirements, timing and available capacity.

Development and support around your client work

Websites and applications

Development for business websites, portals and applications using Next.js, React, WordPress and Python. Share the designs, requirements and existing code so we can define the work and how it will be reviewed.

Integrations and existing systems

Connect websites and applications to the systems your clients already use. We assess APIs, data flows, access and dependencies before agreeing an approach.

Maintenance and planned improvements

Support existing websites and applications with agreed updates, fault investigation, integration support and improvements. Monitoring, backups and restore checks can be included in the scope.

  • Next.js
  • React
  • WordPress
  • Python

Platforms built by another supplier are assessed before we agree to maintain or extend them.

Agree how the partnership will work

Your agency leads the client relationship. The delivery arrangement should make it clear who does what, how work is reviewed and what happens when priorities change.

  1. Client communication

Agree who attends meetings, where updates are shared and whether Redevon communicates through your team or joins specific client conversations.

  2. Branding and confidentiality

Define how the work is presented under your brand, what information can be shared and the confidentiality arrangements needed for the engagement.

  3. Access and ownership

Agree repository and environment access, ownership and licensing terms, account responsibilities and the material required at handover.

  4. Scope and commercial terms

Set the deliverables, review process, support coverage and pricing before work begins. Additional work is agreed before it is billed.

Start with a clear piece of work

  1. Share the brief

Tell us what your agency needs to deliver, which technologies are involved and what is already in place. Include the timing and any constraints your client has set.

  2. Review the requirements

We review the brief or existing platform, identify dependencies and discuss the information needed to estimate the work.

  3. Agree delivery and review

Define responsibilities, deliverables, communication, testing and acceptance before implementation begins.

  4. Handover or continue support

Agree the documentation and access needed at handover. Where ongoing support is required, define the systems, work and coverage included.

A support arrangement that matches the work

  • Each engagement is scoped around the platform, its condition and the work required. Share the brief or maintenance requirements so we can discuss a suitable delivery arrangement.

  • Support is provided during business hours. Critical issue handling and any response outside those hours depend on the agreed contract. Automated monitoring does not itself mean a person is available to respond.

  • New features, maintenance and other requests need clear priorities and agreed capacity. Larger changes may need a separate estimate and delivery plan.

Questions agencies ask before starting

What does white label delivery mean here?

Your agency offers the work under its own brand, with Redevon providing the agreed technical delivery. We define communication, responsibilities, confidentiality and handover before work begins.

Can you take over a website built by another supplier?

Yes, subject to an assessment. We review the technology, access, dependencies, documentation and known issues before agreeing support or any initial work needed to make the platform maintainable.

Will you speak directly to our client?

We agree the communication arrangement with your agency. The scope should state whether updates go through your team and when a joint technical discussion is appropriate.

Can we begin with one project?

Bring us a defined project or piece of work. We can assess the requirements and available capacity, then agree whether the engagement is a suitable fit.

Who owns the code and accounts?

Ownership, licensing, repository access and account responsibilities are agreed in the contract. Existing software and third party components may have their own terms, so these should be identified before work begins.

Can you maintain the platform after launch?

Ongoing maintenance can be included in a separate or continuing scope. We agree the supported systems, responsibilities, capacity and support coverage before that work starts.

How is partner work priced?

Pricing depends on the platform, scope, delivery requirements and support coverage. Share the brief so we can discuss the work and agree commercial terms before starting.

Tell us what your agency needs to deliver

Share the project, the platform and where your team needs support. We can review the requirements and discuss a delivery arrangement that fits the work.

Discuss an agency project

Include your agency name, technology stack, preferred timing and whether you need a new build or ongoing maintenance.
