For EU deployments, governance requirements depend on the use case and on whether your organisation is acting as a provider or deployer of the AI system. We design the technical side for traceability from the start: documented purpose, model and data dependencies, access controls, human oversight, logging, evaluation and user transparency where applicable.We support the technical evidence and controls used in an AI governance programme. We do not provide legal certification or replace your legal or compliance advisers.

How it is scoped
Managed engineering is scoped around platform criticality, support coverage and the engineering capacity required.Commercial terms for Ireland engagements are quoted in EUR.
Larger technology engagements are not approved on capability alone. Buyers need to understand who they are contracting with, where data can go, how access is controlled, what happens at exit and how AI systems are governed. We make those answers available early.
Do you have an office in Ireland?
No. Redevon IT works with organisations in Ireland through an international delivery model, and we do not present ourselves as having an Irish office unless that changes.
The exact contracting entity, jurisdiction and commercial terms are confirmed in writing during procurement, before any agreement is signed.
Can you sign a DPA and support GDPR procurement?
Where Redevon IT processes personal data on a client’s behalf, the processing scope, security responsibilities, subprocessors and data flows are documented contractually. A Data Processing Agreement can be put in place where required.
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, the applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards are documented as part of the engagement rather than assumed.
Can project data stay in the EU?
Data location is agreed and documented during architecture rather than assumed. We document where client data is stored, which providers and model vendors process it, which subprocessors are involved and where cross-border operational access may occur.
Where an engagement requires EU-region hosting, that requirement is assessed against the specific infrastructure, model providers, storage and backup path it depends on, and we tell you plainly where it can and cannot be guaranteed.
Security controls, access practices and supporting documentation are made available during procurement so your security team can review the working model rather than a summary of it.
How do you approach the EU AI Act?
AI engagements include documented system purpose, model and data dependencies, permissions, evaluation criteria, human approval points, logging and transparency controls where the use case requires them. This gives your governance, risk and legal teams a technical record to review rather than a black-box demo.
The legal obligations depend on the use case and on whether your organisation is acting as a provider or a deployer of the AI system, so our work supports your compliance process rather than replacing legal advice.
Who owns the code and AI assets?
Ownership of client-specific code, repositories, prompts, configuration, documentation and deliverables is defined in the contract, together with any third-party or open-source components that remain under their own licences. We confirm the exact terms in writing before work begins.
What happens if we need to change supplier later?
We agree the handover requirements for code, repositories, credentials, infrastructure access, documentation and operational knowledge, so the platform can be transitioned without unnecessary supplier lock-in. Those terms are set out in the contract rather than negotiated at exit.
